Every COD order gets an automated call where in the customer can choose to accept the order or reject. Once we get a confirmation, we ensure to dispatch the product within a maximum of 2 business days. In case our customer could not receive or attend to the call, our Customer representative do a follow up call to get a confirmation. Once verified, the products are similarly dispatched.
