Returns, Exchange and Cancellation

Every product of Cippele has a personal touch and we ensure that you get your product just as you expected.
However, if for any reasons it doesn’t fit your size and expectations, we shall be happy to ship you a new item.


Please read carefully the below conditions:

 

Exchange Policy

  1. In case it is not perfect for you. Simply email us at info@cippele.com or whatsapp us at +917011277246 within 5 days from the time, you received the product.
  2. Products returned or exchanged must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept an item that’s worn, damaged or washed in any way or any alteration from the original product which includes the original Invoice and documents sent along the shipment.
  3. We accept returns and exchanges if the size does not fit you, you have received a damaged or defective product or if a different product is shipped than what you ordered.
  4. In certain cases of a return or exchange, we may ask you to send images of the product that you have received to ensure we understand your problem better and you get the desired product in the return or exchange process. We will inspect the product before processing return or exchange.
  5. If under any circumstances we are unable to process a new item, we shall be happy to refund your full amount in the form of Cippele store credit.

Please note Return or exchange is done once free of cost, the 2nd return or exchange of the same order is chargeable based on the product and location. Also there might be circumstances based on certain locations and products (specifically on accessories or limited items sold at discounted price) where refund or exchange will not be initiated/ applicable.

All Clearance/Flash Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Policy

We at Cippele understand your needs and hence we make sure that the return Policy is always suited for our customers and kept simple for a better customer experience.

We offer easy 5 day return Policy from the time, the Item is delivered.

All returned products must be in unused conditions and returned with the original items and tags. The returned Product goes through a thorough inspection process by the quality team. Any Items that does not fall under the above criteria does not qualify for a return.

We may also ask for Pictures of the product to understand your concern better and give faster resolution. For the benefits of the customers.

The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund as a bank transfer into their account, or in the form of a store Credit in their Cippele account whenever there is a defect detected and no alternate products available in our store. For on-sale items the refund will always be given as store credit.

In case the above criteria does not match, we still offer refund, which can be either credited back as store credit with no deduction or a bank transfer with the nominal deduction. Certain reverse request or returns are subjected to deduction of shipping and handling charges based on the products and location.

In case we are unable to do a reverse Pickup under unforeseen circumstances, Customers can ship the product to our address and we shall bear the cost of shipping.

Please note the self-ship option is only available post an email confirmation/Approval from our customer support team. Any such instances shall be assisted by our customer care representative. For more information, you can reach out to info@cippele.com on any queries related to reverse Pickup.

      Cancellation policy

      Once your order is placed, you can cancel it before your order is shipped. We do not process cancellation once the order is dispatched. For Cancellation, simply email us at info@cippele.com.
